BioGraph goes Open Source

After more than five years in commercial development, Spiral Genetics has released version 7 of our BioGraph genomic analysis platform. It’s now free for academic use and the full source is up on GitHub.

To celebrate I also wrote about state of whole genome analysis in 2021, how we got here, and how different data models can influence the results. That piece was originally written for Medium, and is archived here.
